What makes it different

Everyone here proved a KIU email. Your affiliation is reverified each year, and losing your student email never costs you your account.

Communities are attached to the real academic structure, so five study groups for the same course still point at one course page.

Files shared in chat stay casual. Resource libraries are curated, versioned and searchable — and the two never get confused.

Coordinate the rest of student life with people whose affiliation is verified, without publishing your address to do it.

Are messages end-to-end encrypted?: No. Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is logged — but KIUnify's servers can read them, which is what allows moderation and abuse investigation. We will not call that end-to-end encrypted.
What happens when I graduate?: Your account, posts, messages and connections stay. Your Student badge becomes Ex-Student until you reverify, and verified graduates keep a permanent Graduate badge.
Is this run by Kutaisi International University?: Communities and clubs here are student-run unless a page explicitly shows a verified recognition badge.
Can I lose a community I built?: Once a community becomes established, no single person — including its founder — can delete it. Leadership changes need agreement among its admins.
